Refund & TV WestFest Policies
special notes & details for our western festival
TV WestFest Tucson does not advertise any talent without permission from the talent or their representation.
Please do not come for just one actor. Our events are a celebration of the TV Western Genre and multiple actors from the shows attend. All Guest appearances are confirmed and are subject to possible cancellation due to professional obligations, health issues or other outside circumstances and opportunities beyond TV WestFest's control.
A Word on Refunds (Refunds are available if you need to cancel)
No one wants to gamble with hard earned money, so while we can’t promise 100% a full refunds in all cases, most cancellations we will issue a refund for your full costs minus any registration processing fees.
If we’ve already paid out money to a vendor it will depend on the vendor refunding your payment – sometimes they refund and sometimes not. Generally the earlier you cancel the higher your refund.
We don’t want anyone to pay a ton of money, cancel and not get anything back so will do our best to get refunds from vendors on your behalf.
TV WestFest is also not to be held responsible for any financial loss associated with the purchase of air tickets or hotel rooms that are not canceled (virtually all hotels offer a 24 or 48-hour cancelation policy, so there should be no jeopardy associated with reservations).
We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance for any unforeseen issues.

Please also be courteous to your neighbors when taking pictures. Photo taking, other than the staff photographer, is not allowed during photo ops sessions.
